The Pleasure Point Inn can be rented as individual vacation suites  (Seashell, Sand Dollar, Dolphin) or as a 3 bed room retreat with 4 fireplaces,4 bathrooms, 6 private patios, 2 inside jacuzzi tubs and one large roof deck overlooking Monterey Bay.  When renting the entire Retreat  areas including roof deck, main room, kitchen, roof jacuzzi,  are available. These amenities are not available to those renting individual vacation suites. t

kitchen-crop-resizedEntire Retreat rental includes the kitchen which is a chef’s dream with immaculate granite counter tops, full sized oven, full sized refrigerator and dishwasher. And of course, a bay window with amazing views of the bay.
The inn has many personal coffee makers, as well as soda makers, a bar area, and a high capacity washer and dryer.
Also retreat rental includes use of the dining/living room area that has a huge window over the Monterey Bay and features a dining table with seating for six, plus two bars with seating for six. There is room to relax on the comfy leather sofa and listen to the waves.
sand_dollar1 The retreat has three beautifully appointed bedrooms (Dolphin, Sand Dollar, and Seashell), each with a private bathroom consisting of heated tile floors, a gas burning fireplace, a desk, a flat screen television and a DVD player. two of the three rooms feature jacuzzi bathtubs, two have ocean views.

For rates about renting the entire three bedroom retreat please email information@pleasurepointinn.com.  Currently Pelican and Coral suites  are not available for rental with the entire retreat nor as individual suites.When renting the entire Pleasure Point Retreat you have access to an  outdoor bar to relax outside while enjoying meals or cocktails. Upstairs, you’ll find a fantastic rooftop deck with panoramic views of the bay. Grab a seat on a chaise lounge and soak up the Santa Cruz sunshine!  The ground floor has 1000 sq ft patio facing the Monterey Bay.

Rooms’ Rates

 

Suites: $550 for 1 or 2days, $750 for 3 days,1500/week, 3000/month.

Full payment required 30 days in advance, cancellations will receive full deposit when declared 30 days in advance. Cancellations must be made month in advance. Personal checks are accepted in advance. In addition, paypal payment  to information@pleasurepointinn.com. Tenant is responsible for any service charges associated with choice of payment. Per room there is a $40 cleaning fee, 11% Santa Cruz transient tax, $200 security deposit, $1.75 Santa cruz TMT- all may be paid in cash, or cashier at checkin or ahead of time on paypal with appropriate service fee.

Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 11am. When possible, we will accommodate late check out and early check in. Parking is onsite and free during your stay. We will provide extended parking for your arrival and departure days when able. We do not accommodate children or pets.

All rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished. They come equipped with a gas fireplace, HDTV, private bathrooms with on demand heated tile floors, and each a private entrance and furnished patio with ocean views.

Sand Dollar Room: The coziest of the three suites with spectacular views! The Sand Dollar Room has a queen sized bed and a walk-in shower in a private bath.

Dolphin Room: A large ground floor room with ocean views from inside as well a from the attached patio. The Dolphin Room comes with a huge bathroom equipped with a luxurious jacuzzi tub.

Seashell Room: The largest suite and the only one located on the lower level. Seashell, featuring 300 sq feet of heated tile floors, has a large jacuzzi tub, a California king bed and a pull out couch. There is a dining area, washer and dryer, and small kitchen in this unit. Perfect for a longer stay!
